30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simply changing your mind. There is no need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email us at coach@mindsightsport.com and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Plans page in the app or via the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid team allowance until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Outside the 30 days

After the 30-day window we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis — for example, an accidental renewal or a technical problem that stopped you using the service. Get in touch and we will do our best to sort it out. Statutory consumer rights, and Paddle's refund policy, always apply in addition to this policy.
